Fable PC System Requirements
Fable launches February 23, 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and Steam now lists its official PC requirements. They came in lower than we predicted on the GPU side and much bigger on storage: 135 GB, on an SSD.
Official system requirements
Straight from the Steam store page, checked September 19, 2026. Steam lists two tiers and no target resolution or frame rate.

The lesson: for a cross-platform release aimed at PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, the PC Recommended tier landed near console-class hardware, well under the mid-to-high-end target we guessed. Our Metro 2039 and GTA 6 predictions use the same reasoning, so treat their Recommended tiers as the upper end of what is likely, and read our methodology for how much to trust each.

Both Xbox Game Studios titles share the same GPU floor and recommended cards. If your PC clears one, it very likely clears the other. The extra 20 GB Fable asks for is the difference to plan for.

Graphics Card
An RTX 5060 sits just above the RTX 3060 Ti that Steam lists as Recommended.
Processor
A Ryzen 5 5600 is the official Recommended-tier CPU, and one of the cheapest ways to meet it.
16GB RAM Kit
12GB is the minimum and 16GB the recommendation, so a 16GB kit covers both.
